Fluency is not vocabulary. It is knowing which term matters in the room you are in, and being able to use it in a sentence that moves the decision forward.
The system layers three things: the acronyms specific to your function, the comparisons that separate terms people misuse, and the phrasing that lets you ask a clarifying question without sounding uninformed.
